About The Position

This is a Hybrid Work Position following company policy (currently 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home). Upon Managers discretion, skill development needs, status of the project, and others, employees may be required to work in the office all 5 days. The role involves creating and maintaining fuse box 3D designs, design changes, and drawings using Unigraphics (NX). It also includes interpreting, maintaining, and developing schematics/BOMs, managing projects according to program timing and due dates, and supporting internal meetings and design reviews. The position requires interfacing with customers for meetings, design reviews, and build support. Additionally, the role involves developing DFMEA, DVP&R, and 5P documents, interpreting and applying GD&T to SEWS drawings, and working with the team on Continuous Improvement Activities. Travel may be required (>10%).

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5+ years engineering experience required.
Required Unigraphics (NX) CAD experience.
Fuse Box Design / Engineering Experience.

Nice To Haves

Stellantis, Ford, Rivian or GM experience is a Plus.

Responsibilities

Create / maintain and ownership fuse box 3D design, design changes, and drawings within Unigraphics (NX).
Interpret, maintain and develop schematics / BOMs.
Create / maintain projects to program timing and due dates.
Support / conduct internal meetings and design reviews.
Interface with customer; meetings, design reviews, build support, etc.
Develop DFMEA, DVP&R, 5P documents.
