It is a 100% commission sales position with Closet Factory, a nationally recognized, 40-year leader in custom home storage solutions. The company has partnered with two national retailers, expanding its marketing reach and brand recognition, which fuels growth opportunities. This position offers an entrepreneurial experience backed by an established brand, working with a passionate local team dedicated to your success. The company provides marketing for leads, converts them into appointments, and offers software, training, and support. You will visit clients' homes, understand their needs, and design custom solutions that significantly improve their living. The typical client is highly satisfied, often buying or referring ten projects over their lifetime. Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually through a combination of time, effort, and people skills, in addition to performance bonuses. The role requires hosting 4 appointments per week in clients' homes, including Saturdays and evenings, across the entire city of Houston. A one-week paid training program is provided if there is a mutual fit.
