This role offers a consultative, in-home sales approach with high-quality, pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. Backed by the trusted Marvin brand, this position is ideal for confident closers who can build trust with customers and consistently exceed goals. The role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, running in-home sales appointments, presenting tailored window and door solutions, building trust, uncovering customer needs, guiding decision-making, delivering clear proposals, closing deals, and generating referrals.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Flexibility for customer appointments (including evenings/weekends)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations
  • Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
  • Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making
  • Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals
  • Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
