Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
  • Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills
  • Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline
  • Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly
  • Drive to maximize income through performance
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • Flexibility for appointments with our customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 30lbs

Responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations
  • Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
  • Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making
  • Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals
  • Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
