Requirements
- A proven history of succeeding in commission-driven sales

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in scheduled in-home consultations
- Understand customer needs and design customized replacement window and patio door solutions
- Present Renewal by Andersen products, pricing, financing, and warranty options
- Guide homeowners through a consultative purchasing process
- Maintain customer information and follow-up activities within Salesforce
- Generate referrals and self-generated business opportunities
- Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
