About The Position

William Ryan Homes, a residential production builder, is seeking an experienced Design Center Specialist to assist new homeowners with selecting options, finishes, and materials for their new homes and to maintain the Design Center in Farmers Branch, Texas. The role also supports Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing teams with product and color selections, maintains records and reports on buyer appointments and market-home selections, and works across departments to address challenges and delays.

Requirements

Experience with residential construction design selections is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and focused.
Sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Technology skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Brix Sales experience is helpful but not required.
Envision experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments with buyers and guide them through the selection process efficiently and within budget.
Complete customer selections accurately and efficiently; obtain buyer signatures, payments, and photos; and distribute and upload finalized paperwork to the company database.
Maintain an organized, buyer-friendly, current, and comprehensive Design Center.
Assist Sales and Marketing teams with product and color selections for market homes.
Work with Purchasing and Sales departments to maintain a competitive offering of options that reflects current interior design trends.
Provide regular reports and records on buyer appointments and market-home selection status.
Work closely with all departments to overcome challenges and delays.
Perform other duties as assigned.
