About The Position

Take ownership of high-impact design-build projects across the region. Requirements

10+ years of experience managing construction projects
5+ years specifically in design-build delivery
Background in heavy civil construction (bridges, transportation, infrastructure preferred)
Strong understanding of project financials and cost control
Strong understanding of scheduling and resource planning
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from pursuit through completion, including planning, budgeting, and execution strategy
Take ownership of project financials, managing budgets, minimizing risk, and protecting margins
Drive design-build coordination, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction
Oversee procurement and proposal efforts, keeping projects moving from concept to contract
Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Conduct constructability reviews to identify risks early and improve execution
Coordinate across all stakeholders—owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor progress, lead status meetings, and proactively address challenges
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Serve as the key point of accountability for project delivery and client satisfaction
