Floor Coverings International is seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to join their team. This role involves meeting clients in their homes to discuss and sell flooring and design projects. Requirements

2+ years of outside or in-home sales experience
A competitive streak and the discipline to back it up
Comfortable being the expert in someone's living room — confident, not pushy
Sharp communicator who can build trust fast and close with integrity
Organized, detail-driven, and self-motivated
A natural networker
Tech-comfortable (tablets and sales software are your daily tools)
A valid driver's license
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends around client schedules
