About The Position

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction preferred
Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and using technology
Valid driver’s license
Fearless in the face of the unknown
Positive attitude
Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure
Resilient and doesn’t get discouraged by challenges

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections
Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget
Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience
Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners, remodelers, and local networking groups
Identify and build opportunities within commercial accounts and projects
Actively network in the community to grow brand awareness and drive new business
