At Floor Coverings International, we bring the flooring showroom directly to our customers’ homes. Using our Mobile Flooring Showroom, you’ll guide homeowners through flooring options, help them visualize their new space, and deliver a seamless project experience from consultation to installation. Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and using technology
• Valid driver’s license
• Are fearless in the face of the unknown
• Bring a positive attitude every day — even when things are tough
• Stay calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Are resilient and don’t get discouraged by challenges

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
• Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections
• Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget
• Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
• Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
• Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
