About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Design and Testing Technology Business Systems Consultant. In this role, you will: Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions Present recommendations for resolving business problems Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules Provide information about communication between business and technology teams Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results Support project lifecycle; Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closure Support testing lifecycle; Planning, Analysis, Design, Execution, Defect Management, Closure Support both Waterfall and Agile Projects or work efforts Work with key stake holders in Business/Product and Technology to understand objective/requirements, target completion date, and prioritize s/b priority Participate in review sessions Define/write requirements that meet the project objectives Create test cases/scripts Execute testing and defect management Perform validation Actively participate in project meetings Provide communication and training to impacted operation teams Report progress and/or issues

Requirements

2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience supporting testing lifecycles
Working knowledge and experience with Mainframe, Agile Methodology, JIRA, and Hogan
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skillset
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
