About The Position

With Custom Home Medic, you will support and assist Senior Designers in all aspects of developing and managing residential and light commercial projects across the Carmel area. This opportunity will expose you to all facets of Interior Design including: AutoCAD and Chief Architect Detailing, assisting with Space Planning, Shop Drawings and Architectural Detailing, Lighting, Fabric and Furniture selections, and Installation of Projects all over the city of Indianapolis. You will also be responsible for analyzing blueprints, performing field surveys and measurements for designs, contacting prospective clients, preparing accurate labor and material takeoff quantities, including bid documents and proposals in compliance with project specifications, monitoring past bid results to maximize contracts obtained, and reviewing contracts for compliance with proposals. You will work closely with other estimators, field superintendents and installation managers to ensure contract profitability. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Interior Design
  • Auto CAD, MicroSoft Office, Chief Architect
  • Entry Level or above
  • Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Details.
