About The Position

Develops, documents, and maintains electronic and electrical system requirements according to customer desires and contract requirements. Develops statement-of-work and technical performance specifications. Analyzes, translates, and implements requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications. Tests and validates system designs to ensure operational and functional requirements are met. Resolves product integration issues and production anomalies. Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs. Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Designs hardware, software, and interface specifications for electronic and electrical systems. Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Applies knowledge of electronic and electrical system designs or test based on requirements.

Requirements

Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
5-9 years of relevant experience in electronic or electrical systems design and analysis.
Final U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.
Experience in the Aerospace Industry.
Experience within a design/build or test team.
Experience creating, developing, and maintaining engineering processes.
Experience with electronic or electrical system designs or test based on requirements.
Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture.
