About The Position

Rekluti, a technology talent consultancy specializing in LATAM, is seeking a full-stack developer to support large-scale software projects for international clients. The description also characterizes the role as a principal backend technical position, responsible for defining, designing, and building distributed, high-performance backend architectures. The role is 100% remote in LATAM and works in an agile, collaborative environment focused on the robustness, scalability, and security of critical cloud-based services.

The developer will build resilient, secure, high-traffic backend solutions using .NET 10, C#, and PostgreSQL 18; develop asynchronous messaging and real-time integration using Event Hubs or Kafka; and implement distributed caching with Redis. The role also involves exposing integrations through Azure API Management and working with identity systems such as Entra External ID or Keycloak. Technical excellence is supported through DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and observability practices in Microsoft Azure.

The role calls for proactivity and autonomy to lead complex technical initiatives and make architecture decisions with business considerations in mind; a growth mindset and ability to learn and share new technical knowledge; and collaborative teamwork within a hybrid Scrum framework with two-week sprints.

Requirements

• Demonstrable extensive backend development experience with .NET 10 and C#.
• Strong command of designing, modeling, and optimizing relational databases with PostgreSQL 18.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed messaging using Event Hubs or Apache Kafka, as well as Redis in-memory storage strategies.
• Experience configuring and administering service gateways using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Practical knowledge integrating authentication, authorization, and digital identity mechanisms using Entra External ID or Keycloak.
• Demonstrable experience with DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability or monitoring tools on Azure platforms.
• Proactivity and autonomy in leading complex technical initiatives and making architecture decisions.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to learn new technology versions and transfer knowledge to the product.
• Collaborative skills and an agile, solution-oriented approach in a hybrid Scrum framework with two-week sprints.
