About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join their practice in Quincy and Plymouth, MA. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions and performing procedures like screenings, biopsies, and excisions. The position offers a 4-day workweek with no on-call duties and collaboration with physicians and a Mohs surgery team. The practice is well-established with a strong patient reputation and offers a full spectrum of dermatology services.

Requirements

• Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in dermatology required.
• 2 years preferred.
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• A team player who thrives in a busy, multi-location practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Practice at the top of your license providing comprehensive medical dermatology care.
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Collaborate closely with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team.
• Provide support for complex cases with in-house Mohs surgery.
