About The Position

myDermRecruiter is partnering with an established Northern California dermatology practice that is expanding access to care in response to growing patient demand. The full-time role has a four-day workweek, and part-time schedules may be considered. The position focuses on general dermatology and an established patient population, with an anticipated volume of approximately 28–33 patients per day. The practice is initially seeking coverage across multiple offices, with the role expected to transition primarily to a single office in the Napa Valley area by late August 2027. The base salary is approximately $130,000 annually for the full-time position and is negotiable based on experience. Quarterly productivity bonuses are offered. Employer-provided projections estimate annual compensation of approximately $175,000 at 28 patients per day, with potential earnings exceeding $200,000 depending on productivity; these projections are not guaranteed. The practice also offers potential eligibility to buy into the practice after two years, subject to qualifications and agreed terms. The role includes medical insurance, a 401(k), CME and professional licensing fee assistance. The practice has an established clinical team and electronic medical record system.
