About The Position

A full-time opportunity for a dermatology-experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to practice general dermatology across two locations in Southwestern Illinois, east of St. Louis. The role offers a four-day clinical workweek and an anticipated patient volume of approximately 30–40 patients per day. Compensation includes an hourly wage based on experience and a tiered collections component of 25%–29%. Estimated earning potential is $130,000–$150,000+ per year, with possible sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. The clinician will evaluate, diagnose, and manage general dermatologic conditions; provide medical dermatology treatments and procedures within their training and approved clinical scope; educate patients; and coordinate care and follow-up with physicians and clinical staff. Clinical time is divided between two Southwestern Illinois communities.

Requirements

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
At least one year of dermatology NP/PA experience.
Current Illinois license or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating general dermatologic conditions.
Availability to work full-time across two practice locations.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a range of general dermatologic conditions.
Provide medical dermatology treatments and perform procedures within training and approved clinical scope.
See approximately 30–40 patients daily.
Educate patients about treatment options, preventive care, and ongoing skin health.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up.
Divide clinical time between two practice locations in Southwestern Illinois.
