A highly respected private practice group just outside Washington, DC is expanding due to strong and sustained patient demand, creating an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) ready to step into a busy, well-supported clinical environment. The position highlights include a full-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek, supporting strong work-life balance. Practice in a modern, high-end clinical space with 10 fully equipped exam rooms. Immediate patient volume—step into a ready-built schedule. Opportunity for occasional coverage at nearby locations is preferred. The clinical focus includes General Dermatology: Diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions, and Cosmetic Dermatology: Botox®, dermal fillers, and laser procedures. Providers typically see 30–40 patients per day and will be supported by two dedicated medical assistants who also scribe, allowing the NP to stay fully focused on patient care while maintaining efficiency. The practice utilizes EMA / EMR for streamlined documentation.
Requirements
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- 2+ years of dermatology experience required (general + cosmetic)
- Comfortable managing a high-volume patient flow with confidence and efficiency
- Skilled in cosmetic procedures with an interest in continued growth
- Motivated to build strong patient relationships and a loyal following
