About The Position

An established dermatology organization is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its practice in South San Jose, California. This is a full-time opportunity with clinical work scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, concentrating the workweek into three days. The provider will work in a multidisciplinary dermatology practice with experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and access to a broader professional network. The organization provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services, with clinical expertise that includes general dermatology, skin cancer treatment, Mohs surgery, pediatric dermatology, and aesthetic procedures. The provider will also have access to established organizational infrastructure, clinical resources, and professional development opportunities. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus a productivity bonus. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available. Requirements

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or eligible for California licensure.
At least 2 years of dermatology NP/PA experience.
Interest in providing high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care.
Ability to collaborate with physicians and fellow healthcare professionals.
Availability to practice Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
