About The Position

An established dermatology organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its practice in South San Jose, California. This is a full-time position with a concentrated Friday-through-Sunday clinical schedule. The practice offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services and includes experienced dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and other specialty professionals. Clinical expertise within the team includes general dermatology, skin cancer treatment, Mohs surgery, pediatric dermatology, and aesthetic procedures. The physician will have access to established organizational infrastructure, clinical resources, and a broader network of dermatology professionals, along with professional development opportunities.

Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed base salary plus a productivity bonus. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), malpractice coverage, CME, and PTO.

The opportunity is located in the South Bay region of Silicon Valley, with access to residential communities, outdoor recreation, and cultural amenities across the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology.
• California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Availability to practice Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
