About The Position

Coast Dermatology Medical Associates is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider in General Dermatology to join its practice in Torrance, California. The role offers the opportunity to provide general and cosmetic dermatology services, work autonomously with advanced equipment, and build a practice mix that may include general dermatology, surgical dermatology, and cosmetics. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, patient experience, a collaborative team, and flexible scheduling. Full-time schedules are available at four or more days per week. Compensation is based on a guaranteed first-year salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. The posting lists an APP salary range of $120,000–$200,000 and later lists an APP pay range of $125,000–$200,000. Actual earnings may vary according to individual performance, patient volume, and other factors affecting net collections. The compensation arrangement is subject to the final employment agreement.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
At least 2 years of experience in General Dermatology.
Passion for patient care and clinical excellence.
