About The Position

Hodge Dermatology is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider in General Dermatology to join its Fullerton, California practice. The role offers the opportunity to provide general and cosmetic dermatology services, use advanced equipment, and build a practice mix that may include general dermatology, surgical dermatology, and cosmetics. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, patient experience, professional autonomy, and a flexible schedule. The compensation structure provides a guaranteed first-year salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. The posting gives an APP salary range of $120,000–$200,000 in its benefits section and an APP pay range of $125,000–$200,000 USD in its closing compensation statement. The position is full-time, with schedules of four or more days per week. The practice is part of Platinum Dermatology Partners, a network supporting dermatology practices across multiple states while preserving each practice’s individuality and physician leadership in clinical decisions.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
At least 2 years of experience in General Dermatology.
