About The Position

West Dermatology is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join its dermatology practice in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. The role focuses on general dermatology and offers opportunities to provide cosmetic services, with the potential to build a practice mix that may include general dermatology, surgical dermatology, and cosmetics. The provider will work with a friendly, highly trained team committed to clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience, with autonomy and access to advanced equipment. The compensation structure provides the greater of a guaranteed first-year base salary or Personal Net Collections. The listed APP pay range is $125,000–$200,000 USD; an earlier section lists an APP salary range of $120,000–$200,000. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors affecting net collections, subject to the final employment agreement. Full-time schedules are available for four or more days per week.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
At least 2 years of experience in general dermatology.
