About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join our growing Vermont practice at a brand-new office in St. Albans, VT, as part of Four Seasons Dermatology. Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. Due to continued patient volume and growth, the practice is expanding with a new office in St. Albans, VT. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and shape a brand-new location! The practice is well-established, serving Vermont and northern New York since 2003, with locations in Colchester, Waterbury, and Rutland, VT, and Plattsburgh, NY — now expanding into St. Albans, VT. The new office in St. Albans, VT, is opening in response to strong patient demand and continued practice growth. The practice offers comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer detection and Mohs surgery, Botox®/Dysport®, and SkinCeuticals skincare. It has an outstanding, longstanding patient reputation built primarily through word-of-mouth referrals, reflecting deep community trust. The practice is recognized as an American Academy of Dermatology Fellow practice, with a strong commitment to early skin cancer detection. This role offers a genuine opportunity to help build and grow a brand-new location during an exciting period of expansion under Integrated Dermatology.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
• Active Vermont medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment, including the excitement of a new-office launch.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
• Help establish clinical operations and patient care standards at the new St. Albans office.
• Collaborate closely with fellow physicians and Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.
• Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.
