About The Position

Endeavor Health is hiring a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist for its physician-led medical group in Arlington Heights, Illinois. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, including 36 bookable hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no holiday work. The role requires travel. The position is part of an integrated, nationally recognized healthcare organization with an embedded service line and Epic EMR. Endeavor Health emphasizes safe, equitable care and a diverse, inclusive environment. The salary range is $300,000–$618,133. The offered rate within that range depends on factors including FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures. Eligible candidates may receive a $25,000 sign-on bonus. CME allowance is $3,500 annually for 1.0 FTE and prorated for a reduced FTE.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school.
Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
Board certified or board eligible in the area of expertise.
