About The Position

Join an established, well-respected dermatology practice in an employed position within a nonprofit health system. The practice is busy, has a strong referral base, and is supported by the resources of a robust health system network. The setting includes inpatient and outpatient care, with high demand for dermatology services for underserved patients. The practice has an onsite lab, an integrated referral network, and an affiliation with Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas. The health system is part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.

The physician will provide personalized, high-quality clinical care using advanced diagnostic and treatment skills and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The role is supported by a physician-led, collaborative culture, long-term practice stability, and a national network with local autonomy.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required.
• Texas Medical Board physician licensure, obtained before the hire date or job transfer date, required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality medical care using advanced diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Provide dermatology care in inpatient and outpatient practice settings.
• Serve patients in a high-demand dermatology practice, including underserved patients.
