Requirements
- Current DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level III certification.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of recent experience managing complex projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to contract requirements.
- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a PM in a DoD/IC environment related to the contract, such as IT management or computer science.
- Experience with program/project leadership in IT Service Delivery at an enterprise level.
- Experience managing and leading geographically dispersed staff of varying skill levels in project environments similar to contract requirements.
- Active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assume full accountability for contract performance in the absence of the PM.
- Act as the primary point of leadership for successful contract execution.
- Ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of all contractual requirements.
- Direct contractor personnel and manage allocated resources.
- Ensure the quality and technical soundness of all work performed.
- Share authority with the PM to manage the contractor team.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical and business process challenges.
