About The Position
The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) supports the Program Manager in overseeing daily contract operations and serves as the acting PM during absences. The DPM coordinates operational execution, staffing, reporting, and service delivery across all USASMDC IT/IM task requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting Federal IT operations.
- Experience supporting DoD IT infrastructure and cybersecurity programs.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Active Top-Secret clearance required.
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PM in managing contract execution and operational performance.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, reporting, and customer support activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and assist with quality assurance activities.
- Support contract deliverables, surge operations, and continuity planning.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical leads.
- Assist with risk management, issue resolution, and operational planning.
