The Deputy Director of Integrated Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for helping advance AUSA's strategic priorities through integrated marketing, audience growth, and operational excellence. Serving as the trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing, this position leads cross-channel campaigns, supports revenue-generating initiatives, strengthens chapter marketing nationwide, and helps drive efficient execution across the department. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This individual excels at balancing competing priorities, leading growth initiatives, and building systems that improve performance in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
