Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (8) years of Federal Program Management experience in Federal Sector Healthcare OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and (12) years of Federal Program Management experience in Federal Sector Healthcare
Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3/T5 Public Trust
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in business discipline, management or healthcare administration
Experience briefing executive level personnel
Experience working within the DoD and/or VA health care environments with direct responsibility for project or program management activities, Revenue Cycle, Electronic Health Record Modernization Program or similar programs/projects
Ability to multi-task and handle large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints

Responsibilities

Manage and/or support managing federal partner relationships and programs between Federal Market Solutions and our Government customers and vendors
Manage the HIS Oracle relationship and contract that includes FMS, RevCycle, and GAMN businesses. Look for opportunities for growth, strategic alignment, and risk management
Manage the FMS and RHSP Optimization Program that includes the use of AI and automation to enable a more streamlined federal offering of RevCycle and GAMN products through our RHSP
Oversee the FMS milestones aligned with business management to ensure revenue is generated, risk identified and adjudicated
Manage the P&L for RHSP to include bowler updates, associated contracts, and revenue opportunities
Manage all aligned federal contracts that support FMS development and training to include the Kreative contract and aligned personnel
Developing new proposals to win future Government awards from Federal with an understanding of firm fixed priced contracts and milestone-based payments
Develop and implement project management controls to accomplish financial, schedule, deliverable, staffing, and quality assurance contractual requirements
Understands Proft and Loss (P&L) concepts and is prepared to assume those solutions that specifically support government initiatives and products with the ability to understand current and future strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for both short- and long-term development
Performs other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions with a growth mindset and understanding of the relationship between revenue and implementation
Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
