This position performs clerical duties for the department by typing correspondence and reports, entering data into the computer, and maintaining assigned inventories. It also involves preparing folders, maintaining files of department correspondence, managing records, legal documents, etc., and photocopying documents for distribution and/or filing. Additionally, the role assists in court with the Judge during various court hearings and performs related work as required. The ideal candidate will be able to meet the public in a professional, polite, and effective manner, possessing excellent communication skills.
