MSIG USA•New York, NY
•$275,000 - $360,000

About The Position

The Deputy CUO, Portfolio Strategy & Management is the senior enterprise leader responsible for translating underwriting strategy and risk appetite into active portfolio decisions across all MSIG USA product lines. The role leads an enterprise view of portfolio performance, including portfolio mix, concentration, capacity deployment, volatility, and strategic portfolio actions. The role partners with underwriting, Actuarial, Reinsurance, Risk Engineering, distribution, Legal/Compliance, the MSIG international CUO, and senior leadership to integrate portfolio insights into underwriting standards, priorities, and actions. It provides portfolio challenge while preserving business and product leaders’ ownership of P&L, growth, market strategy, commercial relationships, and underwriting execution within their authority.
