The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a Deputy Chief Asset & Capital Management Officer (CACMO) to support the CACMO in leadership, oversight, and day-to-day management of the Asset & Capital Management (A&CM) Division. This division manages a $5 billion capital projects portfolio, focusing on preservation, modernization, sustainability, and resiliency. The Deputy CACMO will act as a strategic partner, ensure alignment across leadership, manage high-priority requests, and lead initiatives to strengthen the division's effectiveness. The role requires a commitment to public service, affordable housing, and strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience in leading operational change, public forums, and liaising with government partners is critical. Experience with capital investment strategy, project delivery, sustainability, resiliency, architecture, and engineering is preferable.
