Perform testing and troubleshooting on MAKO robotic systems and components. Inspect, diagnose, and repair electro-mechanical equipment and assemblies. Support refurbishment and repair of robotic parts for field operations. Test motors, encoders, brakes, instruments, and other robotic components. Assist with continuous improvement of service procedures and technical documentation. Partner with manufacturing and service engineers on repairs and process enhancements. Complete a variety of technical and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and FDA regulations. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing inspections and testing. Participate in ongoing technical training and development programs to build robotic repair expertise.
