About The Position

We are seeking a 3rd shift Loader/Shipper to join our team. This role is responsible for breaking down and distributing product loads to proper routes, ensuring timely and orderly delivery of products. The Loader/Shipper will report to the Market Manager, Sales Supervisor, and/or lead person as applicable. Key duties include unloading product from daily transports, reloading transports with empty trays, removing substandard product, separating loads according to load sheets, rotating stock product evenly to routes, and managing overages and shortages between routes. Accurate record-keeping of stock product and all overages/shortages is essential.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a valid Driver Licenses
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Candidate must be able to work overnight

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse position
Manufacturing loading/unloading experience: 1 year

Responsibilities

Ensure appropriate products are to each route in a timely and orderly fashion
Unload product from daily transports

Properly rotate stock product evenly to routes
Add or cut overages & shortages between routes
Keep record of stock product
Record all overages and shortages from each bakery
