About The Position

This is a full-time, 3rd shift position for a Loader/Shipper. The role involves breaking down and distributing product loads, ensuring timely and orderly delivery of products to routes, and managing stock product records. The position requires the ability to handle a physical workload, including lifting heavy objects repeatedly, and working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to work overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid Driver Licenses
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Candidate must be able to work overnight

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse position
• Manufacturing loading/unloading experience: 1 year

Responsibilities

• Break down and distributing product loads to proper routes and make adjustments where necessary
• Ensure appropriate products are to each route in a timely and orderly fashion
• Reports to Market Manager, Sales Supervisor, and/or lead person where applicable
• Unload product from daily transports
• Reload transport with empty trays
• Removes substandard product were necessary
• Separate loads according to the load sheets
• Properly rotate stock product evenly to routes
• Add or cut overages & shortages between routes
• Keep record of stock product
• Record all overages and shortages from each bakery
