About The Position

In this entry-level Deposit Services Representative position, you’ll be a vital part of our Operations team, managing deposit account maintenance, supporting customer needs, and ensuring our systems and records are accurate and compliant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and people. You will be at the center of the action, supporting the day-to-day accuracy of customer accounts across the Bank, gaining exposure to deposit products, policies, and account processing systems. You will join a collaborative, experienced team where your attention to detail is both valued and essential, contributing to a department that plays a crucial role in risk management, compliance, and service quality. You will enjoy the satisfaction of resolving issues, maintaining clean data, and keeping our account systems running smoothly.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and detail-focused under deadlines
• Proficiency with data entry and account systems
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset (resourceful, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers, reports, and reconciliations)

Nice To Haves

• Additional business or technical training is a plus
• Experience with DNA or similar systems preferred
