This entry-level Deposit Services Representative position is a vital part of the Operations team, managing deposit account maintenance, supporting customer needs, and ensuring systems and records are accurate and compliant. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping things running behind the scenes. It involves supporting the day-to-day accuracy of customer accounts across the Bank, gaining exposure to deposit products, policies, and account processing systems. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and detail-focused under deadlines
• Proficiency with data entry and account systems
• Clear, professional communication skills—approachable and thorough when answering questions from internal teams or customers
• Problem-solving mindset—resourceful, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers, reports, and reconciliations
