About The Position

As a Deposit Services Generalist, you will perform various monitoring and processing tasks related to the day-to-day deposit operations of the bank. Requirements

  • Microsoft Suite and PC proficiency required
  • One (1) year of banking experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Review Daily Reports
  • Account Maintenance
  • ACH File Processing
  • Wire Transfer Processing
  • Instant Issue Card Printing
  • Lockbox Processing
  • Branch Capture Balancing
  • Achieves and maintains general knowledge of all aspects of the Bank and its services to create add-on sales opportunities and answer customer questions.
  • Conducts all interactions with internal and external customers in accordance with The CoreFirst Way (the Bank’s customer service commitments and experience expectations that guide our interaction with every customer).
