About The Position

As a Deposit Services Generalist, you will perform various monitoring and processing tasks related to the day-to-day deposit operations of the bank. Requirements

Microsoft Suite and PC proficiency required
One (1) year of banking experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Solutions and conflict resolution oriented
Listening, oral, and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Goal oriented
Initiative
Ability to relate and empathize with other people

Assists in all areas of the Deposit Services department, where needed. Those areas include, but are not limited to: NSF Processing
Unposted Processing
Review Daily Reports
Account Maintenance
ACH File Processing
Wire Transfer Processing
Instant Issue Card Printing
Lockbox Processing
Branch Capture Balancing
Achieves and maintains general knowledge of all aspects of the Bank and its services to create add-on sales opportunities and answer customer questions.
Conducts all interactions with internal and external customers in accordance with The CoreFirst Way (the Bank’s customer service commitments and experience expectations that guide our interaction with every customer).
