About The Position

BASIC PURPOSE: Assist in the review of documents provided by customers to open, update, or gain access to accounts, ensuring that compliance is maintained. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES As a Deposit Review and Compliance Rep, you will be an essential member of the BankFirst Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to:

Requirements

• Good computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, Adobe Sign
• Detail oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Review a variety customer of documentation
• Consult with legal council as needed
• Provide support to internal personnel
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Review new accounts for accuracy and ensure compliance
• Review a variety of maintenance on accounts to ensure accuracy
• Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that pertains to Deposit Operations
