Job Summary We are seeking a Deposit Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Deposit Operations department within our organization. The Deposit Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient processing of deposit accounts, performing quality checks, and implementing procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in deposit operations within a financial institution, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, deposit products, and operational processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and banking software systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of deposit operations staff.
• Oversee the processing of deposit accounts, including transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Participate in audits to ensure operational soundness and adherence to policies.
• Provide regular reports to management on departmental performance and key metrics.
