About The Position

PlainsCapital Bank is currently looking to hire a Deposit Operations Specialist in Lubbock, Texas. The Deposit Operations Specialist provides essential operational support for the bank’s full range of deposit products and services, including checking, savings, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, HSAs, safe deposit boxes, and online banking. This role focuses on the accurate processing of customer and account information, documentation, and resolution of deposit-related issues. The Specialist works closely with frontline staff, lending teams, compliance, and operations to uphold regulatory standards and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is primarily execution-focused, supporting day-to-day deposit operations.

Requirements

• Operational support for the bank’s full range of deposit products and services, including checking, savings, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, HSAs, safe deposit boxes, and online banking.
• Works closely with frontline staff, lending teams, compliance, and operations.
