Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience using computers, required.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under general supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with repeated interruptions and frequent changes
  • Ability to work extended hours if necessary
  • Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Processes and verifies new and revised deposit accounts, according to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifies and documents exceptions to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Processes departmental reports.
  • Evaluates processing issues for resolution and/or escalation.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
