About The Position

We are seeking a Deployment Technician to support a large-scale device deployment project in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role involves replacing and setting up devices while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for end users.

Requirements

• Experience with device deployment, desktop support, or IT support
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with hardware setup and support
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and task execution
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable
• Ability to work in environments requiring patience and care
• Must be able to commute to the project location (local candidates preferred)
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings or evenings as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform device deployments, including setup, replacement, and basic configuration
• Execute “white glove” device swaps with a strong focus on customer service
• Follow established procedures while adapting to changing onsite needs
• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues appropriately
• Communicate clearly with end users, including both clinical and administrative staff
• Track completed work and report any challenges or issues to project leadership
