About The Position

Lance (YC W26) develops autonomous AI agents that handle calls, close sales, and manage operations, enabling your team to focus on providing excellent guest experiences. Trusted by leading hotel groups across the U.S., Lance supports 50+ hotels with brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. Using advanced Computer Use Agent technology, Lance agents integrate seamlessly with existing hotel software to make real-time decisions and efficiently manage complex tasks. This is a full-time, on-site Deployment Strategist role based in San Francisco, CA. The Deployment Strategist will be responsible for collaborating with client hotels, internal product teams, and building relationships with hotels around the world helping to implement Lance's AI solutions.

Requirements

• Work 996 In-Person San Francisco
• Background in Consulting and problem-solving to address client requirements
• Strong communication skills in Sales and Customer success
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer engagement skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with hospitality industry software and AI technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Computer Science, or Business is a plus
