About The Position

We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to own the business side of Simple's most important customer deployments. You'll work alongside Account Executives, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Engineering to turn complex enterprise workflows into production voice AI agents that deliver measurable business value. You'll lead customers from discovery through launch, adoption, and expansion. This is not a traditional customer success or slide-only strategy role. You'll own the problem and the outcome, get into the operational and technical details, and help build Simple's deployment playbook from the ground up.

Requirements

Experience owning a complex customer engagement from an ambiguous problem through production and measurable results.
Exceptional structured problem-solving and the ability to turn competing stakeholder needs into clear priorities and execution plans.
Strong communication and executive presence, paired with a willingness to learn directly from frontline users.
High agency, urgency, low ego, and excitement to work in person with the team in San Francisco.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with prompt engineering or working with AI/LLM-based platforms.
Technical background or technical degree.
