About The Position
Deployment Specialists are the face of Lance on property. This is customer success and business operations combined with hands-on deployment. You'll fly across the US with a partner, stay at Lance-contracted hotels, and own each hotel's setup and success on Lance.
Requirements
- Hospitality, customer success or operations experience (recent hospitality grads welcome)
- Confident leading a room and training large groups
- Organized, reliable and calm when plans change on-site
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
- Excited to travel often; US work authorization
Responsibilities
- Build real relationships with each hotel's leadership and staff
- Plan the implementation strategy for every property you take on
- Train the whole hotel team on Lance, sometimes 100+ employees per hotel
- Own setup and go-live, then make sure the hotel succeeds on Lance long term
- Bring feedback from the field back to the team and help sharpen our playbook
