About The Position
Lance is a company that runs hotel operations with AI agents, serving more than 50 hotels across Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt brands. Deployment Specialists represent Lance at hotel properties and combine customer success and business operations with hands-on deployment. The role involves traveling across the United States with a partner, staying at Lance-contracted hotels, and owning each hotel's setup and success on Lance.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, customer success, or operations; recent hospitality graduates are welcome.
- Confidence leading a room and training large groups.
- Organized, reliable, and calm when on-site plans change.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excitement about frequent travel.
- US work authorization.

- Multilingual ability.
- Experience in customer success or hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with hotel leadership and staff.
- Plan the implementation strategy for each assigned property.
- Train hotel teams on Lance, sometimes including more than 100 employees at a property.
- Own setup and go-live, then support the hotel's long-term success on Lance.
- Share field feedback with the team and help improve the playbook.
