About The Position

Base is America’s next-generation power company, focused on transforming the electricity grid with distributed batteries. We are seeking a strategic operator to manage and grow our installer and electrician partnerships, which are crucial for deploying batteries to member homes across the country. As the primary point of contact for these partners, you will be responsible for driving capacity, improving unit economics, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining partner motivation. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as Deployments, Launch, Growth, Software, and Hardware to achieve impactful results.

Requirements

• Proven experience standing up and leading large-scale partnerships or initiatives in a high-growth environment
• Electrical engineering experience and acumen
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Commercial acumen to structure, negotiate, and sustain win-win-win outcomes for Base, our partners, and our members in a B2B2C environment
• Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfort working with modern tools (e.g., SQL, dashboards, CRMs) and rolling up your sleeves when needed

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain subcontractor relationships to grow Base's install capacity across the country
• Build trusted relationships with executives and on-the-ground teams
• Work with Launch to rapidly go to market in new territories
• Negotiate contracts and terms
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with installer partners
• Set, track, and deliver against internal targets across Base teams to achieve partnership goals
• Identify future opportunities to improve process, offerings, and outcomes through data, technology, and strong commercial instincts
